The Zoncolan Hill is one of the best-equipped ski area of Friulli-Venezia Giulia. The Ravascletto Zoncolan ski-region altitude is 950 meters high in the Valcada Valley. The skiers and snowboarders are transported up to 2,000 m. high by ski liftswith wonderful panoramic views of the Austrian and Slovenian Julian Alps and the Adriatic sea also can be seen in clear weather.
Ski resortYou can reach the ski slopes from two major villages (Arta Terme and Ravascletto). The 30-km-long, well-kept ski slope is supplied with the latest chairlift. Due to its location in the wonderful mountain Zoncolan is a place where international downhill races are often held. Except downhill and cross-country skiing, the resort offers a well-established fun park for snowboarders with halfpipe, railslide, railslide, bigair and kicker.
